GEAR 09 Competition  — This GEAR Competition is underway! The judges are getting the teams set to start the challenge for the two teams. The teams have built their own robots from the Lego Mindstorm kits, and will now compete against each other to complete the challenge first in order to move on to the next round.

Before Competition  — The bird's eye view of the competitors setting up before the event starts. We had 48 teams at the 2009 competition, and expect far more for the 2010 competition this coming year. The event was sponsored by S.A. Best and Co-Sponsored by UTSA College of Engineering-iTEC.

Touring Labs  — These students were one small group representative of hundreds of kids that tour multiple research labs where the Itec graduate students do their research.
